Mira Wines of Napa Valley presented by Michael Potter

B in 54 Steak and Cellar cordially invites you to join us this Summer for a 6-course tour of Mira Wines of Napa Valley. Mira Winery produces hand crafted, all-natural wines, each a singular expression of unique grapes. Aged to produce flavors defined by their purity and understated elegance, Mira wines are ready to drink upon release & are built for enjoyment after years in the cellar. Come enjoy these unique wines selected by Mira representative Michael Potter and accompanying Bin 54 flavors crafted with love by Executive Chef Kevin Draper. This incredible evening will begin at 6:30pm on Tuesday, August 15th in the beautiful Bin 54 Solarium. First Course:

Chilled Corn Soup lump crab, avocado, peach, micro tarragon
paired with Chardonnay, Robert Young Clone 2014

Second Course:

Risotto local goat cheese, wild mushrooms, thyme
paired with Pinot Noir, Stanly Ranch 2013

Third Course:

Seared Duck Breast huckleberries, carrot puree, charred pearl onion, pink pepper
paired with Jimmy D’s Red Blend 2014

Fourth Course:

Pork Belly Char Siu roasted golden beets, sautéed daikon, okra
paired with Syrah, Hyde Valley Vineyard 2012

Fifth Course:

Grilled Flat Iron Steak English chips, mesclun salad
paired with Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Dessert Course:

Chocolate Tart spiced pecan, candied orange, blood orange gastrique

Fess Parker Winery focuses on producing small-lot, vineyard-designated wines made from high-quality Rhone and Burgundian varietals, which have won awards in national wine competitions. Sample these incredible wines selected by Fess Parker representative Elizabeth Cooper and accompanying Bin 54 flavors carefully curated by Executive Chef Kevin Draper. This incredible evening will begin at 6:30pm on Tuesday, September 26th in the beautiful Bin 54 Solarium.
